    • GENERAL ACCOUNTING

      • Procure-To-Pay: Handling of various requests to ensure accurate payments are made to suppliers on time.

      • Record-To-Report: Collecting, processing, and delivering timely, accurate information for strategic, financial, and operational decisions.

      • Compliance: Preparing attachments for external compliance such as Summary List of Sales and Purchases.

    • ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

      • Collect maximum due and overdue funds using various techniques including legal claims.

      • Secure revenue by verifying posted receipts and resolving discrepancies.

    • DISBURSEMENT

      • Validate payment requests for accuracy and completeness, compute net payables considering taxes.

      • Ensure compliance of payment requests with company policies and procedures.

    • INVOICING

      • Verify billing information, input the amount due, and itemize account details.

      • Maintain detailed and organized billing activity records.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Graduate of BS Accountancy (preferred) or any 4-year business course or equivalent.

    • With at least one (1) year relevant experience.

    • Microsoft excel skills, Analytic, and Systematic.

    • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of meeting deadlines.

        Minimum Qualifications:

        • At least Certificate holder of NCII in DomRAC, Electromechanics or equivalent.

        • Preferably with experience in repair and troubleshooting of hot and cold food service equipment.
